Letter to Executor
Optional, non-binding supplement to your Legal Will
It is usually advisable not to clutter up your Will with long lists of small items to be given to different people. Instead, in your Will, refer to a letter to your Executor which you write about these small items and how you wish your Executor to deal with them. It is not legally binding but will likely provide your Executor with some welcome direction.
